Buenos Aires, Argentina — July 28, 2026 — COR, the AI-powered project profitability platform for agencies, consultancies and professional services firms, has raised a US$30 million investment from FTV Capital, a growth equity firm with more than US$10.2 billion under management and a strong track record backing high-growth enterprise technology companies.
The round marks an inflection point for the company, which closed 2025 with 51% year-over-year revenue growth, positive profitability and industry-leading customer retention. COR will use the investment to accelerate its AI capabilities, expand into new professional services verticals and deepen its growth globally.
A platform born from firsthand experience
The entrepreneurial story began years earlier, in 2012, when Santi Bibiloni founded Balloon Group at 21, a marketing agency focused on e-commerce that Jose Gettas later joined as a partner. After building and selling it, together they founded COR. COR's first investor was Marcos Galperin, founder and CEO of Mercado Libre, the most valuable public company in Latin America.
The Balloon experience allowed them to identify a structural problem that affects the entire industry: companies whose main cost is their working hours rarely know, in real time, how profitable each client or each project is.
That concrete idea was the origin of COR: to enable agencies and professional services firms to improve their profitability on every project, giving leaders the operational visibility they need to make decisions with data. At 27, Bibiloni moved to Silicon Valley, where he lived for five years driving COR's growth and building the foundations of its global expansion.
From its origins between Silicon Valley and Argentina, Bibiloni and Gettas built COR together with their CTO, Gabriel Marin, a key figure in developing the technology that made it possible to turn it into one of the reference platforms for management and profitability across both agencies and professional services firms.
A product that unifies what used to be fragmented
For decades, services companies coordinated people. From now on, they must also coordinate AI agents. That shift is transforming the business model at firms whose main cost is still their teams' time.
The adoption of AI agents is redefining how work is planned, executed and monetized. And operating those hybrid teams profitably is becoming one of the industry's biggest challenges.
When part of the work starts being executed by AI agents, with entirely different costs, timelines and pricing models, visibility into how work is produced, with which resources and at what profitability stops being a finance problem and becomes an operational one.
COR solves this problem through an operating system that brings the work of people and AI agents into a single place, combining project management, automatic time tracking, resource planning, agent governance and real-time profitability analytics. This gives leaders a unified view of how work is planned, executed and monetized across hybrid teams.
“For years, the challenge was coordinating people. In this new stage it will be coordinating people and AI agents without losing sight of the profitability of every project. We believe that shift will redefine how services companies operate, and COR is built for that new reality.”
“This investment allows us to accelerate the AI capabilities our customers are already adopting and to keep building COR as the operating system for the next generation of services companies. FTV's experience scaling global enterprise software companies makes them the ideal partner for our next stage.”
Today, leading agencies and consultancies in more than 38 countries operate with COR, including Globant GUT, Sancho BBDO, DDB Colombia, MullenLowe Delta, The Juju Colombia and Garnier Agency.
The value of operating with real-time data
Working with COR has an impact not only on operations, but also on business strategy. “For us, COR is not a vendor but a true partner,” said Andrés Carvajal, CEO of Sancho BBDO.
“Because our company runs on COR, we can have commercial and operational conversations with our clients backed by real-time data. That level of transparency strengthens trust, improves decision-making and creates enormous value for both sides.”
The perspective is shared by leaders across the global industry.
“Solutions like COR are essential to transparency in how work gets done: you gain visibility inside the agency and toward clients. That information makes both the agency and its client relationships even more profitable.”
Backing from those who have already built at scale
COR's investor history reflects the confidence the platform has generated across the global technology ecosystem. Its first investor was Marcos Galperin, founder and CEO of Mercado Libre, the most valuable public company in Latin America. That initial backing was followed by eight founders of technology companies valued at more than US$1 billion, institutional investors such as GFC and 500 Global, and founders tied to companies like DoubleClick, Anaplan, Auth0, Decentraland and Krux, as well as senior executives from Google, Walmart and Yahoo!.
With this new round, FTV Capital joins that group. Alex Malvone, a partner at the firm, and Tommy Tighe, principal, are joining COR's board of directors.
“COR stands out for offering its customers a purpose-built solution that delivers the visibility and intelligence needed to operate in this new era of services organizations. We have been very impressed by the growth Santi and the COR team have achieved to date, and we look forward to leveraging FTV's experience backing high-growth enterprise technology companies to help scale the vision and the business.”
